Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg made a return to the workplace in January after a long hiatus — which was his paternity leave. He recently posted an adorable photo with his baby daughter — Max — captioning it "Most important meeting of the day". He was right on that one, and he wants the world to know that. Mark Zuckerberg wants to foster an environment of equality among Facebook's employees — an important step that will also increase the presence of the men at home. He hashtagged the picture #LeanInTogether. Lean In — a non-profit organisation inspired by Faecbook COO Sheryl Sandberg's book for women in the corporate sector — aims at making women more successful in the workplace. In an attempt to drive the message home, Sandberg posted on Facebook, "#LeanInTogether celebrates the important role men play in creating an equal world. Reaching equality is not just good for women — it is good for men as well. Children with active fathers are healthier, happier, and more successful. Men who are 50/50 partners have stronger marriages." Zuckerberg was active on Facebook throughout his paternity leave, sharing pictures of his life as a blissful new dad.
