A viral video has recently surfaced on social media showing a man collapsing right after hitting a jackpot of $4 million (Rs 33.87 crore) at Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands Casino. While the date of the incident is not clear, the brief video shows people surrounding the man, some of them visibly panicking.
A woman, who was reportedly accompanying the man, can be seen pleading for help from the staff and onlookers. As the video progresses, one can see a staff helping the man.
The video was shared by an X handle @Gidi_Traffic. “Man wins $4 million at a casino then DIES moments later of a heart attack. A man who hit the jackpot at Marina Bay Sands Casino in Singapore with a $4 million win, died almost immediately after from cardiac arrest due to the shock and excitement of his win,” the user captioned the video.
According to casino.org, the man was revived in the casino and taken to the hospital.
Shared on June 25, the video garnered over 20,000 views and several reactions with one saying, “Life is a pot of hot beans.” Another user commented, “That’s why I don’t play Lottery so I don’t die when I went.”
