The advertised salary of 30,000 AED per month is roughly equivalent to Rs 7 lakh, adding up to Rs 83 lakh per annum, a salary figure that exceeds the annual income of many mid-level tech and finance professionals in India, and is considered remarkably high even in the UAE for domestic management roles.

Sharing about the role on Instagram, the agency shared the KRA of the role. “We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Full-Time House Manager to join our prestigious team. Detailing the key area of responsibility of a house manager, the post explained that the employee will have to oversee daily household operations and maintain the highest standards of service. “As a House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily household operations, ensuring a seamless environment that meets the highest standards of service. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, coordinating household maintenance, managing budgets, and ensuring that all household functions run smoothly,” it said.
