Chinmay Sharma, a Delhi-based man practicing martial arts for over 15 years, achieved a remarkable feat, earning him a Guinness World Record (GWR). On August 4, Sharma performed 360 kicks (male) in 2.08 m (6 ft 9 in). A self-defence trainer, Sharma has been the head coach at Lion Institute of Martial Arts for seven years. According to his LinkedIn, he trains over 150 students at the institute and provides self-defence training to women. What is Tang Soo Do? Originating from China's Tang Dynasty, Tang Soo Do is a Korean Martial art influenced by karate and taekkyeon. According to the World Tang Soo Do Association, the art was popular with many names throughout the eras like Hwa Rang Do, Moo Sul, Kyuck Too Ki, Soo Bahk Ki, Soo Byuck Ki, Taek Kyun, and more.
