Tech News Today: Microsoft announces AI Chips, Instagram gets new custom AI sticker maker and more

Microsoft's Maia 100 chip is designed to run large language generative AI models and will power products like Azure OpenAI service. Similarly, the company also showcased Colbat 100, a CPU based on Arm architecture, which is a 128-core chip, purpose-built for general cloud services running on Azure.
