Samsung BKC is a playground to experience Galaxy AI, says Southwest Asia CEO

At Samsung BKC, customers can experience and learn more about Samsung products by just scanning QR codes.

Samsung on Tuesday unveiled its brand new retail store at Jio World Plaza in Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai. At the inauguration, JB Park, President and CEO Samsung Southwest Asia said, “With Samsung BKC, we are not only expanding our retail presence in India, we are putting together a playground to bring AI experiences to one place.”

The recently launched Galaxy S24 series will be available for pre-order from the Samsung BKC store starting today, where users will also be able to order online-exclusive colour variants of the Galaxy 24 Ultra at the venue.

This is the first Samsung-exclusive store in Mumbai, which showcases the latest products and solutions available in India and some of the latest innovations from the South Korean tech giant.

Samsung BKC centre has various experience zones, covering aspects like gaming, work-from-home setup, smart kitchen, and smart home spaces, and the company also has various devices powered by Samsung SmartThings.

The store also offers various customisation options for cases and accessories, similarly, users can also order a product online and pick it up from the store within two hours, bringing together the best of offline and online worlds.

Samsung BKC also doubles as a premium service centre, allowing users to repair or troubleshoot various Samsung products. Besides BKC, Samsung also has exclusive experience centres in cities like Bengaluru and Delhi, with the Samsung Opera House being one of the biggest stores in the country. Samsung in 2023 stated it will expand its online presence by opening up to 15 premium experience stores.
