Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, Tab S11 series unveiled: Full list of devices, specs, and prices

Here is everything you need to know about the latest devices that made their debut at the September edition of Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event.

Samsung on Thursday, September 4, unveiled the much-awaited Galaxy S25 FE smartphone with the latest Galaxy AI features, alongside the all-new Galaxy Tab S11 series.

The South Korean tech giant’s latest Fan Edition (FE) device features a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1900 nits peak brightness. It is equipped with One UI 8 based on Android 16 and offers a personalised AI companion with multimodal capabilities. Samsung also launched two premium tablets, the Galaxy Tab S11 and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra which is said to be the thinnest tablet ever developed by the company. The S11 Ultra has a slim build measuring 5.1m in width and weighing just 692 grams.

“Galaxy S25 FE plays an important role as a gateway into the broader Galaxy AI ecosystem, making these experiences more attainable for a wider range of users. With expanded personalized AI experiences and AI-powered photography and editing tools, Galaxy S25 FE empowers more people to bring greater convenience and creativity into their everyday lives,” Jay Kim, Executive Vice President and Head of Customer Experience Office, Mobile eXperience Business at Samsung Electronics, said in a statement.

The launch comes a month after Samsung introduced the Galaxy Buds 3 FE with enhanced Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), upgraded audio performance, and Galaxy AI capabilities. In July this year, Samsung launched its newest foldable smartphones, the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy Z Flip 7, and the much-anticipated Galaxy Z Flip FE as well as the Galaxy Watch 8 and Galaxy Watch 8 Classic.

Galaxy S25 FE

The Galaxy S25 FE packs a 4,900 mAh battery and a vapour chamber which is 10 per cent larger than its predecessor for smooth and responsive performance. It is encased in an enhanced Armor Aluminium frame and is available in four colourways, namely: Icyblue, Jetblack, Navy, and White.

The smartphone also features an upgraded 12 megapixel camera with the latest ProVisual Engine to process photos using AI. It also offers several AI-powered photo-editing features such as Generative Edit, Instant Slow Mo, and Audio Eraser for cleaning up noise in videos. Super HDR in video showcases lifelike colours and contrast in every frame, the company said.

Other in-built AI features in the Galaxy S25 FE include Now Bar for pulling up helpful information and relevant updates, Now Brief that provides personalised daily updates, Circle to Search with Google even within games, and Gemini Live for real-time visual conversations with multimodal AI that allows the device to see what users see.

“These intelligent tools are designed to enhance communication, boost productivity and streamline daily interactions — all while adapting to the individual needs of each user. Plus, they’re backed by all-new protections for personalized, AI-powered features,” Samsung said.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE is priced at $649 and is available in select markets from September 4 onwards.

Galaxy Tab S11

The Galaxy Tab S11 is equipped with OneUI 8 and comes with several AI features including Gemini Live, which can be activated by pressing and holding the side button. It can be used to take actions across apps. It includes the full suite of Galaxy AI features as well, such as Writing Assist, Drawing Assist, AI-summaries of content on the screen, and upgraded Circle to Search with real-time translation.

“In addition to Galaxy AI, the enhanced Samsung DeX10 on the Galaxy Tab S11 series empowers users to maximize their productivity when multitasking across apps, taking notes during meetings or simply mapping out ideas,” the company said. It has a 11-inch screen size with Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays delivering up to 1600 nits of peak brightness.

It is priced at $799 and will be available in select markets from September 4 onwards.

Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra

The more premium Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is said to be the thinnest Galaxy tablet to date, as per the company. It is powered by an enhanced 3nm processor, which is a first for the Galaxy Tab S11 series. It boasts performance improvements of 33 per cent in NPU, 24 per cent in CPU, and 27 per cent in GPU, enabling faster processing, smoother multitasking and more responsive AI features, as per Samsung.

The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra also comes with a redesigned, hexagonal-shaped S Pen at no extra cost. The redesigned S Pen features a new cone-shaped tip to support increased tilt angles for better control. Meanwhile, the hexagonal design is intended to provide a more natural, ergonomic feel for anyone holding it.

Both tablets are available in Grey and Silver colourways. The Galaxy Tab S11 series also offers easy access to apps like Goodnotes, Clip Studio Paint, LumaFusion, and Notion. The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is priced at $1,199 and is available in select markets starting September 4. OneUI 8 will be rolled out to previous generations of Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy Tab S10 series, from October this year, as per the company.

Samsung is yet to reveal the India pricing of all the Galaxy devices announced on Thursday.
