Micromax Canvas 5, the company’s new flagship smartphone has been launched in India for Rs 11,999. Canvas 5 features a 5.2-inch Full HD IPS display, and is a dual-SIM smartphone.
The Canvas 5 smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz MT6753 octa-core processor with 3GB RAM and has 16GB storage space. It runs Android Lollipop OS.
While the rear camera is 13 mp, the front camera is 5MP. The battery of the Canvas 5 is 2900mAh battery. This is a 4G LTE enabled smartphone.

Micromax has added a faux leather rear to the back of the phone to boost its style quotient. The company has also added a SwiftKey keyboard as the one default one in this smartphone. The Canvas 5 will be available in all stores starting today evening.
