Noted tipster Evan Blass has recently tweeted out that the the HTC’s upcoming smartphone, also know as ‘Bolt’ will be launched globally as HTC evo. The first leaks around the HTC Bolt started coming out in September, and Blass has shared leaked renders of the device (in Silver colour) earlier this month.
HTC Bolt, reportedly condenamed as Acadia; was expected to be launched in October. The phone is expected to be running Google’s latest Android 7.0 Nougat right out of the box, along with the HTC Sense 8 UI. There have been very few reports on the specs or the features of the device, but if the leaked images are to be believed – the phone will feature a dual card slot on the right side of the device (for dual-SIM or SIM and memory card).
Some rumours suggest that the phone will sport a 5.5-inch 1080p QHD display, and will be powered by a Snapdragon 810 chipset. It is also expected to come with 3GB RAM and 64GB of ROM, with an 18MP main camera and an 8MP front shooter. There have also been reports that the phone will not feature the 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Bolt moniker for the device might be a US only one. HTC Bolt bears close resemblance to the HTC 10 (minus the rear flash placement) right down to the fingerprint sensor, antenna lines and the all-metal build.
