Get OnePlus X delivered without invite on Ola on December 8

The OnePlus X is also the cheapest offering from the Chinese startup. There are two variants of the OnePlus X- Onyx and Ceramic- priced at Rs 16,999 and Rs 22,999 respectively.

Ola app has announced that users can buy OnePlus X smartphone straight from its app without an invite. The offer is valid only for December 8 and the company says that the phone will be delivered to consumers’ doorsteps within 15 minutes of placing the order.

Ola, in partnership with OnePlus has launched the offer for seven cities in India- Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Ahmedabad. Users will have to click on the ‘OnePlus X’ category from their Ola apps between 10 am and 7 pm to request for the smartphone. Once the request is processed, consumers will receive OnePlus X delivered through Ola cabs. Users will have an option of paying cash on delivery or make payment through credit/debit cards.

Both OnePlus X Onyx and Ceramic share the same spec sheet. The Onyx version comes with a black glass rear panel on a metal bezel while the other sports a scratch-resistant ceramic back.

OnePlus X sports a 5-inch Full HD 1080p AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 along with 3GB LPDDR3 RAM, Adreno 330 GPU, 16GB internal storage which can expandable up to 128GB. The device comes with a hybrid SIM card slot. Users can either use two SIM cards or one nano SIM card and microSD card.

Powered by a 2,525 mAh battery, it offers a 13MP ISOCELL 3M2 CMOS f/2.2 rear camera with Flash along with an 8MP f/2.4 front camera.
