Jackson came to visit India for three days after 15 years. He spent time with the IPL franchise watching their games from stands and reminiscing his dad’s time with franchise with the likes of head coach Rahul Dravid.

Australian great and the first-ever captain to win the Indian Premier League title, Shane Warne remains one of the most important figure in the history of the Rajasthan Royals with their association lasting more than a decade. Warne donned many hats during his time with the Royals including captain, player cum coach and mentor.

The spin maestro passed away in 2022 leaving a long lasting legacy and Rajasthan Royals honoured him by naming a gallery after him.

Jackson shared a heartfelt message about the gallery and said,” It was cool sort of looking at our tickets and it saying Shane Warne Gallery on the ticket. Very special for me.”

Shane Warne led Rajasthan Royals surprised everyone in 2008 winning the first IPL title defeating Chennai Super Kings in the final with team consisting of young Indian players such as Yusuf Pathan and Ravindra Jadeja.

However, it has been a poor season for the Royals in IPL 2025 as they are already eliminated of the playoffs race winning just three matches of twelve played.
