RJD chief Lalu Prasad on Friday expelled controversial Madhepura MP Pappu Yadav.

RJD chief Lalu Prasad on Friday expelled controversial Madhepura MP Pappu Yadav and two MLAs for ‘betraying’ the party.

Pappu Yadav has betrayed RJD. He deviated from the coalition dharma and is now trying to benefit the communal forces in Purnia,” Prasad told a joint election meeting with LJP President Ramvilas Paswan and his Samajwadi Party counterpart Mulayam Singh Yadav.

He also expelled former party MLAs Afaq Alam and Chunni Lal Rajwanshi for aligning with Pappu Yadav.
