Stating that the executive committee meeting would send out a message to people about programmes and policies of the BJP,Modi said 2010 would prove to be a year for the people of the state to build up Bihar.

Asserting that the alliance between the JD(U) and BJP was a ‘synonym’ for development,Modi said time had now come for the people to decide whether they wanted an ‘alliance of development’ or of destruction.’ Modi reminded people of the state of the ‘devastation’ during the rule of Lalu-Rabri duo and during the role of Congress and said any mistake of people in voting would pave the way for return of ‘jungle raj’.
