About three months after becoming CM, Manjhi claimed that he had once paid a bribe to bring down an “inflated” electricity bill. Since then, he has averaged about one ‘irresponsible and flippant’ statement every 10 days, leading finally to his party serving him on Thursday a last warning to ‘mind his tongue’.
