Workshop on management held at CII

The prorgramme enumerated the advantages of daily work management, highlighting it as means to benchmark quantity and quality, with daily planning to achieve targets, check lists for various work activities, gap analysis and review plans, daily Plan Do Check Act for counter-measures and prevention. The training programme was attended by senior production managers, quality assurance managers, purchase managers, production engineers and first line managers from various companies of the northern region, spoke on the principles and practise of Daily Work Management.
