
Tell us about your daily diet.
Breakfast is usually a cup of tea with honey butter toast. It8217; followed by lots of fruit. I also have egg or oatmeal or cereal and milk. Lunch is roti, sabzi and dahi. I don8217;t eat a heavy lunch because it makes me sleepy at work. In the evening, I have a glass of milk. Dinner is a heavy Hyderabadi meal 8211; biryani and chicken.
What8217;s your exercise routine?
I do yoga thrice a week.

I have chocolate everyday and ice cream thrice a week.
