With five to six releases every year, Govinda seems to be in search of the perfect getaway to soothe his tired nerves. Not that he8217;s complaining about the stress. In fact, he seems perfectly tuned to his taxing schedule on the sets of David Dhawan8217;s next venture, Kunwara, with Urmila Matondkar, which is awaiting an April 2000 release. Not only has he coped with the stress, he makes it a point to spend time with his family as frequently as he can.
8220;I manage to find time for my family. I wouldn8217;t compromise on that. Apart from spending time at home, my favourite getaway is The Retreat at Madh Island, where I often go with my family or on my own,8221; Govinda says. And he has planned his weekend retreats his own way too. By buying his own bungalow there. 8220;I just love playing football, cricket and carrom. The perfect way to unwind.8221; And nothing is more therapeutic for this star than sports. His perfect retreat is to spend a day or two at his bungalow at the Madh Island retreat, play, eat and relax. And thenit8217;s all play and no work for Govinda.
Is that how he manages to replenish his energy for each new film?
