Last Tango in Paris actress dies
PARIS: Maria Schneider,the French actress who was Marlon Brandos co-star in the steamy 1972 film Last Tango in Paris,has died at age 58. Schneider died in Paris Thursday following a long illness, a representative of Act 1 talent agency said. In Last Tango in Paris,she played Jeanne,a young Parisian who takes up with a middle-aged US businessman,played by Brando.
UK Speakers wife poses in bedsheet
LONDON: The wife of the Speaker of House of Commons Sally Bercow posed near Big Ben clad in a bedsheet for the Evening Standard. She said,I never realised how sexy I would find living under Big Ben. She added,since John became Speaker,number of women who hit on him has gone up. Later,she acknowledged her comments were miscalculated.
