In his book,Dr David Dosa,a geriatrician at Brown University,has said five years of records showed Oscar rarely erring,proved medical staff at New Englands Steere House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center wrong in predictions of patients close to death,The Daily Telegraph online reported.
