Chacko said the JPC had been mandated to go into the pricing and policies formulated for allocation of spectrum between 1998 and 2009 and make suggestions for the future. The cancellation of licences has got no relevance for the JPC, he added.
Asked if the JPC would discuss the SC verdict at its next meeting on February 14,he said,No,it is for the government to do deal with it.
