Party Time

Jackky Bhagnani and the entire unit of his forthcoming film F.A.L.T.U. had a great time off the sets at Mauritius. After the shoot,the crew would chill out with people singing songs.

One day when Jackky walked in late,everyone started cheering for him. When they asked him to sing,he was soon joined by some foreigners who even started dancing. When he stopped,they asked him to continue singing the song Sona sona dil mera sona from Major Saab.

On another occasion when director Remo was feeling homesick as it was his wedding anniversary and he was away from his wife,Jackky decided to throw him a party which went on till the wee hours of the morning. The films team returned to their rooms at 7 am only to freshen up for the shoot scheduled at 9 am. A good reason,however,to just let the hair down and party.

Ali Zafar was in for a huge surprise when he got a big hug from none other than Katrina Kaif. Before your mind starts working overtime,lets make it clear that it was his reward for a daring act to save the actress from an accident while shooting for the film Mere Brother Ki Dulhan.

The Pakistani pop star jumped in to rescue when Katrinas hair got stuck in a pedestal fan on the sets of the Yash Raj film that was being shot at Nabha near Patiala. He suffered minor bruises on his arm and a terrified Katrina expressed her gratitude by giving the Tere Bin Laden actor a big hug.

Now the two have become good friends. The actress first meeting with her young co-star had turned uncomfortable after Zafar failed to recognise her when she went up to him at a party. So alls well that ends well.

Change of Image

Mahie Gill was quite excited at the kind of response her film Paan Singh Tomar garnered at the recently-concluded Abu Dhabi Film Festival. In fact,the previous day at a meeting she was very nervous as she plays a de-glam role for the first time in her career.

The actress,who went all out in her role in Dev.D.,plays a national champion-turned-dacoits simple wife from the village in the film. Dressed in cotton sarees with heavy sindoor,a big red bindi on her forehead and long plaited hair,Mahie was a little apprehensive about how she would be accepted by the viewers. She attended the movies premiere along with co-star Irrfan and director Tigmanshu Dhulia and was spotted wearing a blue off-shoulder gown,a stark contrast to her onscreen avatar.

The actress received huge applause after the screening.

Happy Days

SO what if Uday Chopra has vanished from the silver screen? He is always there for his friends. Recently Uday was seen mingling with his close buddies,the Roshans.

First he was spotted at Hrithik Roshans Halloween bash and then the trio Uday,Hrithik and Suzanne spent a cozy evening together on Suzannes birthday. As far as social life is concerned,looks like happy days are back for Uday. Now all he needs is a new film or maybe a new career. Looking at his partying streak 8211; event management,perhaps.

Running Away

Tusshar Kapoor seems to be getting caught in all kinds of funny situations when shooting for his films. After Golmaal 3 where the entire unit was always upto pranks,the actor was recently caught in an amusing situation when he was shooting in Ooty for Love U…Mr.Kalakaar. Tusshars vanity van would be parked near a hilly terrain and after pack-up,there would be a jeep to reach it.

However,one day a huge crowd had gathered to watch the shoot and when Tusshar prepared to leave the location,they began chasing him. It was a funny sight with Tusshar running towards his jeep and a huge mob behind him. He managed to jump into the vehicle just in the nick of time and vamoose.

This was one lucky moment for him. But he may not always get to break away if he is not really careful.

Sorted Out

Mugdha Godse is very clear in her mind about her dream man. She was recently heard saying that her ideal man should be compatible and always ready to take her tantrums. And although she likes to discuss what kind of qualities her future life-partner should have,the actress refuses to reveal the name of the person. Instead she prefers talking about her films.

After trying her hand at horror with Help,Mugdha says that she is trying to experiment with various genres and not be stereotyped as an actress. She reveals that she is more comfortable doing comedy even though it is tough as the comic timing should be perfect. She also wants to do a romantic movie and is open to epic films.
