Kareena Kapoor is the latest Bollywood celebrity whose statue will be installed at the Madame Tussauds wax museum in London. The light-eyed actress will be seen in a desi look that will be designed by Manish Malhotra. She will fly down to London in October to inaugurate the wax statue. On the professional front,she also reportedly met UTV CEO Siddharth Roy Kapoor and writer Niranjan Iyengar in Hyderabad. The duo flew down from Mumbai to meet the actress,who was spending some time with her beau Saif Ali Khan,and requested her to be a part of their ambitious project Heroine. It is not known whether Kapoor has given her nod to the film. Recently the first look of her much-anticipated film Bodyguard where she will be seen opposite Salman Khan,was also revealed. A remake of a popular South Indian movie of the same name,Bodyguard will release on August 31.
Farhan Akhtar is on a high with his latest movie Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara winning rave reviews and faring well at the box-office. Apart from lapping up the films success,the actor has also displayed his social conscientiousness Along with his co-producer Ritesh Ritesh Sidhwani and director Zoya Akhtar,Farhan has decided to contribute a part of the movies collections for the welfare of the victims of the recent Mumbai bomb blasts. On the directorial front,he is looking forward to the release of his ambitious project Don 2 starring Shah Rukh Khan. Right now,Farhan is working on the films post- production that will hit the theatres on December 23. Later,he will be seen in a lead role in Abhishek Kapoors next movie which is based on popular fiction novelist Chetan Bhagats novel Three Mistakes Of My Life. He will play one of the three friends.
