Sood PM envoy on disarmament

Rakesh Sood,an expert on disarmament,has been appointed as Prime Ministers special envoy on disarmament and non-proliferation. Sood has served as ambassador in Nepal,France and Afghanistan. He is credited with setting up the disarmament division in MEA.
