After the Ram Sethu fiasco during her previous term as Culture Minister,Ambika Soni is back with a bang in UPA-II. A recent directive to all ministers said that Ambika would be,for all practical purposes,the spokesperson for all Cabinet decisions in future. What attracted everybodys attention in the directive was the emphatic stress on the fact this was being done with the approval of the Prime Minister. This has,of course,caused much heartburn.
