SBI opens 10 branches in Rae Bareli district

State Bank of India on Wednesday opened 10 branches in Rae Bareli district of Uttar Pradesh in the presence of minister of state for finance Namo Narain Meena and SBI chairman Pratip Chaudhuri.

State Bank of India on Wednesday opened 10 branches in Rae Bareli district of Uttar Pradesh in the presence of minister of state for finance Namo Narain Meena and SBI chairman Pratip Chaudhuri.

As reported by The Indian Express on Tuesday,SBI had shifted the publication of its annual financial results by a week to accommodate opening of its bank branches in the parliamentary constituency of Congress president Sonia Gandhi. Chaudhuri termed the occasion as historic and added that the bank is committed to the cause of financial inclusion for all round development and growth of the country.
