Differing with the BJP over its criticism of Rahul Gandhis visits to villages,the RSS has said that it is good to talk about villages and see the plight of people living in rural areas.
Bharatiya ho kar gaon ki baat karne mein galat kya hai8230; sabhi bharatiyon ko gaon jana chahiye aur uski baat karni chahiye there is nothing wrong in talking about villages,every Indian should visit villages and talk about them, RSS media in-charge Manmohan Vaidya said,replying to a question on the BJPs criticism of Rahuls visits to rural households,at Rajgir on Friday.
The RSS has also lauded Union Home Minister P Chidambaram for his recent moves to fight Naxalism in the country. We appreciate and share the views of the Home Minister to tackle the Naxal menace by ensuring greater coordination among the states. It will definitely help in reining in the activities of the Maoists, said RSS leader Madan Das Devi on Saturday.
The Sanghs Akhil Bharatiya Karyakari Mandal ABKM,that is holding a three-day meet at Rajgir,however,came down heavily on the Centre for its handling of its China affairs and its resolution on Strengthening Border Security had a special focus on China. The Centre has adopted a dilly-dallying attitude towards resolution of the disputed issues relating to the border with China, said Devi.
