RG Group launches ‘festival bonanza scheme’

The special festive offer is on till December 31,2010 and is open to general public. The opportunity can be attained by filling up the desired form and answering certain queries,post which there will be a lucky draw and results would be announced on the eve of New Year. While,the first prize winner will get a car to drive back to home,two second prize winners will get bikes and third prize winner would be taking home a new LCD TV. It will also be followed by 100 other consolation prizes of mobile handsets and DVD Players.

RG Group,who has recently announced its 2nd phase of luxurious homes in Noida Extn,expects the demand to build up in the coming weeks. Speaking on this bumper initiative,Rajesh Goyal,MD,RG Group said “The perception in the market is that property prices have already bottomed out. So buyers feel that the rates will not fall any further. We have big expectations from the season as generally this period is responsible for nearly 65 per cent of the overall sales notched in the second half of fiscal.”
