A Delhi court will start hearing arguments on framing of charges against former health minister Anbumani Ramadoss and nine others in a graft case from October 30. The CBI had filed a chargesheet against the accused for allegedly permitting an Indore-based medical college to admit students without sufficient infrastructure. Special CBI Judge told the CBI prosecutor and defence counsel the matter will be heard on a day-to-day basis.
