Ministry extends date

The ministry said it had already granted three extensions and this would be the last chance.

The Environment Ministry has given Adarsh Society time till January 4 to respond to a show-cause notice issued to it for violation of environmental and coastal laws. The next hearing,which was slated for Wednesday,would now be held on January 4,the ministry said. The ministry said it had already granted three extensions and this would be the last chance.
