MindTree in pact with Carlyle Group

MindTree,a global IT solutions company,announced a partnership with Carlyle Group,one of the world8217;s largest private equity firms.

8220;MindTree will provide IT infrastructure management and support services for Carlyle8217;s global data centres. They would monitor and manage all of Carlyle8217;s IT production servers at Carlyle8217;s data centres in the US,the UK and Hong Kong,as well as its disaster recovery data centre in Virginia,a company statement said.

MindTree will also monitor and manage file servers located in Carlyle offices throughout the world,as well as other classes of hardware and applications,it said.
