The device is gigantic 6.4 inches and though marketed as a phone,it is a fairly sleek tablet at 6.5 mm and weighs 212 grams. It has the 2.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor. Sony says a special feature is its ability to recognise handwriting and inputs from a pencil,pen or stylus. If you do not have to make calls,then the 10.1-inch Xperia Tablet Z is a better choice for the same price.
