Bose VideoWave II 55-inch
Bose launched its VideoWave II home entertainment system in India last week. The system has an HDTV with integrated surround sound and a Apple dock. The dock does not support Apple8217;s new Lightning connector,so you will need an adapter to connect Apples latest devices.
The LED TV comes in 46 and 55 inches. You can connect up to six devices to the TV. The system comes with the intuitive click pad remote control,which makes navigation very easy. The 46-inch model costs Rs 4,20,000.
Canon Powershot SX500IS
Canons two superzoom cameras PowerShot SX500 IS and SX160 IS have a faster autofocus compared to their predecessors. The SX500IS has a rather high zoom range of 30x 24-720 mm. Both cameras have a 16-megapixel sensor. The SX160IS has a smaller zoom range of 16x. Both cameras have a compact form factor but are not very sleek. The SX160IS costs Rs 12,995.
Portronics Electropen
Portronics launched an intelligent pen,which can store your handwritten notes to its memory and convert it to a digital,editable format. Portronics says you can write on any paper,no need for a screen or a tablet,and the pen uses a standard refill. The pen is a transmitter and it comes with a clip,which acts as a receiver. You attach the clip to the notebook you are writing in and the pen will begin storing your notes. The company claims that the electropen has about 30 hours of battery life and the clip has 8 hours.
Parallels Desktop 8
If you have for some nerdy reason an Apple machine with both Mac OS and Windows installed,you must have wished you didnt have to reboot everytime you wanted to switch between the OS.
