Even as the audience wonders about the similarities between Amol Palekars classic Golmaal and last Fridays release,Bol Bachchan,the veteran actor-director says he has not watched the new film,and has no plans to do so. They are fine in their own place to make their movie. But I dont think I would watch it, he says. Instead,Palekar is busy with a comic film of his own. His new Marathi film,We are on-Houn Jau Dya,is on the lines of films by Hrishikesh Mukherjee and Basu Chatterjee,with clean healthy comedy and devoid of any silly clowning and double-meaning jokes. The film has been penned by his wife,Sandhya Gokhale,and will be her production house Anaan Nirmitees maiden venture.
