Prosenjit Chaterjee,who is paired opposite Kalki Koechlin in Shanghai,says that there are several intimate scenes between him and Kalki in the film. But there is one which is exceptionally lengthy and steamy. It8217;s a scene that many actresses would probably shy away from,but Kalki was extremely professional. She was very calm and composed during the shooting and like any other scene questioned Dibakar Banerjee how to execute it correctly with the right expressions and body language, says Prosenjit.

He also couldn8217;t stop raving about his co-star when it came to emotional scenes between them. I was amazed at her involvement with her work. She would get so affected that she would continue crying even in her make-up room! he said.
