Similarly,the partys choice for Union Coal Minister Jaiswal to head the UP Election Campaign Committee has apparently much to do with his previous tenure as UPCC president.

Both the Union Ministers 8211; Salman and Jaiswal 8211; were president of the UPCC in the past. Jaiswal is known for his organisational skill within the party circle. He knows party workers in every part of the state, another source in the Congress party said.

Party sources felt Congress MP from Firozabad,Raj Babbar,would be a good face for partys election media campaign committee.

Apart from being a politician,he is also a film actor. He would be a good face on the TV channels to represent the party, the source said.
