Jet Airways inks code-share agreement with Kenya Airways

Jet Airways,has signed a code-share agreement and network-wide frequent flyer partnership with African air-carrier,Kenya Airways.

Domestic private airline,Jet Airways,has signed a code-share agreement and network-wide frequent flyer partnership with African air-carrier,Kenya Airways.

Under the code-share agreement,which comes into effect from today,Jet Airways will place its code on Kenya Airways’ daily services between Mumbai and Nairobi,a press release said here.

The frequent flier programme would,however,be effective from July 22,the release said,adding it allows Jet Privilege members to earn Tier Points,Tier JPMiles & Tier Bonus JPMiles when booked to fly on the Jet Airways-marketed and Kenya Airways-operated codeshare flights.

In addition,effective from July 22,the frequent flyer partnership will also allow the programme members of both airlines to earn and redeem miles on the entire network of the other airline,the release said.
