The Regional Passport Officer of Lucknow,Jai Prakash Singh,was on Thursday caught cheating by the university checking squad while he was writing his LLB third semester examination. Chief Proctor of Lucknow University UD Misra said four handwritten sheets were recovered from Singh,a Himachal Pradesh cadre IPS officer of 2000 batch,by the squad during the semester examination of Labour Law.
