Tell us about your daily diet.
I wake up at 7.30 am and drink a glass of lukewarm water followed by coconut water. Breakfast is milk with muesli. Lunch is two rotis,dal,sabzi and curd. In the evening,I eat fruits like watermelon,muskmelon or papaya along with a cup of cold coffee. Dinner is two rotis,dal and sabzi.
Whats your exercise routine?
I hit the gym four to five days a week. Two days ,I do cardio and other two-three days,its weight-training. I also do suryanamaskar in the morning.
Whats your favourite cuisine?
Italian.
Is there anything you binge on?
Rasgullas and chocolates.
What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in hurry?
For putting on weight,I will eat more rasgullas. For losing,I will cut down on carbohydrates.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
During shoots,I sometimes eat outside and that disturbs my diet plan.
