Morning starts with almond milk,tea,egg white,poha or upma. Lunch is two rotis,sabzi,salad and curd or butter milk.

Morning starts with almond milk,tea,egg white,poha or upma. Lunch is two rotis,sabzi,salad and curd or butter milk. Evening snack is tea with biscuits. Dinner is cottage cheese,sabzi,roti and raita.

Whats your exercise routine?
I do yoga everyday. Ive stopped gymming because I have lost a lot of weight.

Whats your favourite cuisine?
I am a complete foodie. I love spicy food,especially Punjabi dishes like chole and paneer.
Is there anything you binge on?
Vanilla ice cream and gulab jamuns.

What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
Eat late in the night to put on weight,cut down on carbs and stick to boiled vegetables to lose it.

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Never.
Whats your idea of health?
A perfect state of body and mind.
