‘I do weight training for an hour daily’

I eat everything,but in small quantities every two hours. I mostly eat at home and try and stay away from junk.

I eat everything,but in small quantities every two hours. I mostly eat at home and try and stay away from junk.

What is your exercise routine?
For 45 minutes to an hour every day,I play sports or do aerobics and weight training.

Malayali.
Is there anything you binge on?
Chocolates,I just can’t resist them.

What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
Do it the right way—talk to my trainer and start working on it. Nothing happens in just 10 days,all those quick methods really scare me.

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I try and stick to my routine diet,but there have been quite a few times when I have failed to stick to it.

What is your idea of health?
A strong,clean and calm mind and body.
