Himachal Pradesh witnessed 60 per cent polling in its four constituencies. Barring the tribal belt of Kinnaur,Lahual-Spiti and Bharmaur,where 75 per cent polling was recorded at certain places,it was a moderate turnout throughout the state. CEO Anil Khachi said,8221;The polling was peaceful.8221; He added that there were reports of poll boycott in certain places. In Hamirpur,polling started on a low key,but picked up later while in Mandi,where former CM Virbhadra Singh is in the fray,there was heavy polling in areas like Rampur Bushahr,Ani and Nirmand.
