HCL quarterly net jumps 11.27

IT firm HCL Infosystems on Friday reported a growth of 11.27 per cent in its consolidated net profit to Rs 67.23 crore for the quarter ended June 30. The company had registered a consolidated net profit of Rs 60.42 crore in the April-June quarter a year ago. Income from operations also increased to Rs 3,204.86 crore in the June quarter from Rs 3,106.33 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. For the year ended June 30,the company has witnessed a marginal upsurge of 1.01 per cent in its consolidated net profit at Rs 242.38 crore against Rs 239.95 crore in the previous fiscal. Income from operations surged to Rs 12,049.82 crore from Rs 12,252.41 crore last year.
