A young lawyer,who had alleged sexual harassment by a retired apex court judge with whom she was interning December last,has written in her blog she has has given all the details of her case to the three-judge panel appointed by the Supreme Court to ascertain the veracity of her charges.
As requested by the committee,I appeared before them on November 18. During the meeting,I presented all the details of the case to the committee. I am confident the committee will follow all the different lines of enquiry,and will establish the truth of my statements, she wrote in a blog for the Journal for Indian Law and Society.
The blog also quoted her saying she further sent certain affidavits and applications to the panel Thursday a day after the panel held her second meeting.
She sought media to respect her privacy and stop speculating about her deposition before the panel.
