I’m a complete movie buff. I can’t sleep at night unless I’ve watched a film and The Godfather is my all-time favourite. I was around 12 when my father showed me the movie for the first time. When my mother found out,she screamed at him and asked him why he let me watch a violent film. She said he was spoiling me,but dad insisted that I watch every kind of cinema. He was right because no film has had such a huge impact on me. I was so young but I knew that this is going to be the one film I will keep watching all my life, and I still do.

I’ve never seen such fantastic performances. Marlon Brando and Al Pacino are an inspiration to every actor. Not only them, each actor in the film—no matter how small his or her part—has done complete justice to the character. There’s so much to learn from all of them.
In fact, each time I watch it,I notice intricate details in direction and acting that I would have missed in the previous viewing. Even today,my father and I always watch The Godfather together.
