The budget session of Parliament will start on February 22 with the General Budget for 2010-11 slated to be presented on February 26. A decision to this effect was taken by the Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs Wednesday. Sources said the Railway Budget 2010-11 will be presented on February 24. The first phase of the budget session is till March 16 and the second phase will start on April 12 and expected to conclude on May 7.
