D Y Patil was sworn in as the new Bihar Governor on Friday,replacing Devanand Konwar who was shifted to Tripura.

D Y Patil was sworn in as the new Bihar Governor on Friday,replacing Devanand Konwar who was shifted to Tripura. Chief Justice of Patna High Court Rekha M Doshit administered the oath of office and secrecy to Patil.
