DURING the discussion on the interim Railway Budget last Tuesday,BJP MP Santosh Gangwar was clearly embarrassed. Just when he rose to oppose the budget,Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav spoke out: Aap bhi8230; Kitna kaam aapka kiya.. aur oppose kar rahe hai You too8230; I have done so much of your work and you are opposing the budget. Apparently stumped,Gangwar just smiled and went ahead to oppose the budget. The sting in the saffron MPs attack,however,was clearly missing.
