A day after the highly-publicised midnight brawl between actor Shah Rukh Khan and filmmaker Shirish Kunder,the story took a new turn on Tuesday. Khan and Kunder have now patched up.
The patch-up happened after producer Sajid Nadiadwala and Farah Khans brother Sajid Khan intervened,and the two met at the actors residence.
Both the Sajids called me and Gauri Khan and told us that we should make the two meet and put an end to this fight. The four of us then went to Shah Rukhs house and put an end to all the misunderstandings. We cried,laughed,joked and spoke extensively. I am glad its all sorted now. We had become a joke on national television, said Farah.
Kunder confirmed the meeting,which lasted for nearly three hours. Shah Rukh and I met,had a heart to heart chat,and have resolved all misunderstandings. Many a time animosity grows because we allow it to brew. Since we have spoken,all animosity is now sorted out for good, he said.
The fight took place on Sunday night at a party hosted by actor Sanjay Dutt in a nightclub.
Terming the fight ugly and unnecessary,Farah said she was glad to get her husband and her best friend of many years to talk it out. I havent eaten a morsel for two days. I was so upset over this. Whatever happened,shouldnt have happened. It is always sad when friendships break. But I guess things like these sometimes make bonds stronger. There is no animosity now. We are all back to being friends again, she said.
