The Congress in Karnataka on Monday managed to persuade a party MLA not to resign from his Assembly membership. Speaking to reporters in the presence of Afzalpur MLA Malikayya Guttedar,Leader of the Opposition in the Assembly Siddaramaiah declared that the legislator had decided against resigning.
