US envoy for Muslim ties to visit AMU

ALIGARH: Indian-American Rashad Husain,who is US Special Envoy to the Organisation of Islamic Conference,will visit AMU on August 2. Husain was appointed by US in February to deepen and expand its relationship with the Muslim world.

LUCKNOW: As many as 144 persons aboard a JetLite Lucknow-Delhi flight had a lucky escape when the plane suffered a bird hit while rolling for take off at Lucknow airport on Thursday morning. Finally the plane left in the evening.
